Kelsey Grammer Lists His Holmby Hills Luxury Home for Sale in California for $18 Million
Kelsey Grammer is unloading the California mansion he once shared with ex-wife Camille Donatacci, 43.
According to Trulia, the Frasier actor, 47, is selling his "modern traditional" Holmby Hills estate for a whopping $17,999,000.
Credit: TruliaGrammer purchased the home in June 2007 for $13,700 million. At the time, it featured five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The actor and his then-wife later added two full bedrooms and three bathrooms to the existing structure. Now spanning 10,567 square feet, the remodel features a media room, formal dining room, gourmet chef's kitchen and gym.
Credit: TruliaThe property also boasts a pool, wine cellar, library, six-car motor court and four-car garage. Kelsey and his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh, recently purchased a six-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion for $6.5 million; they are currently expecting twins.
Credit: TruliaGrammer and Donatacci recently agreed to share joint custody of their kids, Mason, 10, and Jude, 7. The two split in July 2010 after 12 years of marriage when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star learned her husband had been cheating with Walsh, 30.

In addition to selling his Holmby Hills estate, Grammer and his ex-wife are trying to sell their place in Beaver Creek, Colorado. It was originally listed for $7.9 million, but has since been reduced to $6,995,000.

Petra Ecclestone has made her mark on Los Angeles real estate, and its clear from her spread in W Magazine, that she wants it to be known.
The once "Dynasty-like" manor of Aaron and Candy Spelling has been "Petra-fied," by designer Gavin Brodin and Ecclestone herself. After a reported $85 million dollar purchase, the 23-year-old Formula One heiress not only redecorated the expensive estate, but she also added her own personality.
"I know that the house is huge," Ecclestone told W. "Yes, it really is quite overwhelming," she continued. The house is not exactly empty though, it is filled by her and her husband of six months, James Stunt -- along with their dogs, her twenty-five Birkin bags, a basement nightclub, a salon and their household help.
It also houses a lot of eccentric art work, specifically, a collection of Old Master's which belong to Stunt. "I'm just five off the Royal collection!" he announced. And in a hilarious dichotomy, Stunt's paintings are placed next to a Marc Quinn sculpture of twin Pamela Andersons in bikinis -- a piece that Petra loves.
A his-and-hers mentality is omnipresent throughout the house, as well as a sense of monochromatic design. Petra's cars are white: a white Ferrari, a white Range Rover and a white Rolls-Royce Ghost. Stunt's cars are black: a black Lamborhini, a black Range Rover and a black Rolls-Royce. There is reportedly five thousand square feet of black and white marble in the foyer and the Master Bed is draped with a black duvet.
Ecclestone does, however, seem different other Holmby Hills socialites. "There will never be a scandal," she told W. Stunt and Ecclestone dated for four years before their lavish wedding, her mother cooked dinner every night while Petra and her siblings were growing up, and Petra still sleeps with a Mickey Mouse doll she's had since childhood.
