American Idol's Beverly Hills mansion sold to the tune of $11.2m

The famous American Idol mansion has been sold for $11.2m.
The Beverly Hills home was originally on the market for $12m, but it appears that the buyer, Steven B. Dunn, was able to negotiate the price down.
The American mogul heads a successful baby toy company called Munchkin, INC, which has raked in $100m in sales.

It features nine bedroom and nine bathroom which were utilised by finalists from the last few seasons.
There is also a very large living room with a plenty of seating and room for entertaining.
The exposed staircase gives the home a dramatic and more spacious feel, and culinary delight comes in the form of the kitchen, which features marble bench-tops, dark wood panelling and a huge breakfast bar.
The large suites, which feature all marble floors, are so huge they are like mini apartments.

The spacious home is perfect for a party and there is a motor court with is room to park 100 cars.
The purchase comes after this season's complained the house was 'haunted', insisting they witness spider infestations to flickering lights.
One contestant even claimed that they saw a white sheet float down the stairs of the house.
The group, including winner Scotty McCreery, were said to be so terrified, they later moved out of the property.

American Idol producers put the group in an hotel for the remainder of the competition.
Some of the contestants spoke out about the spooky sightings.
'I saw a hand in the garage! I have witnesses!' heavy metal singer James Durbin told OK! Magazine.
'I opened the door to the garage – I was trying to freak out Pia [Toscano] – and it freaked me out because I something white that looked like an arm that kind of came down.'
Laura Alainia also got in on the ghost stories.
'We were watching a scary movie before that and we were all freaked out and me and Pia decided to sleep downstairs and James was making fun of us, opens the garage door and supposedly sees a hand falling down from the ceiling!'
And McCreery recalled an encounter of his own.
'Stefano’s [Langone] face was priceless when the sheets were blowing everywhere,' he said.

I don't like this house at all. The mirrored staircase is tacky and the front room looks like a hotel lobby. Very vulgar.
