Nicky Hilton is selling her LA home - and it's a snip at $3m.
Admittedly, it's a little bit out of our price range.
But we're hoping her dear old dad will work out some mates' rates for us.
Nicky's selling her glamorous LA home through her dad Rick's estate agency, Hilton & Hyland. Isn't is lovely to see that even A-list stars rely on their famous fathers for help?

She bought the lavish pad just over five years ago for a whopping $2.8m (£1.7m), and it boasts two storeys and 4000 sq feet. Yep, we can just about fit our high-street shoe collection in there.
The home is described on the agency's site as an "elegant traditional 1940s build", and is located on the star-studded Sunset Strip.
Those bushes need a trim
We're not sure where Nicky's moving to, but we'll hazard a wild guess that Papa Hilton's got her another fancy home lined up.
And if £1.9m is a little out of your price range, fear not - it's also available to rent for $15,000 (£9,600) a month.
