The estate located on 10475 Bellagio Road, Los Angeles, Calif., the was home to the comedic actress and her ex-husband Daniel Zelman and their son Roman. The couple ended their 11-year marriage in 2012 when Messing filed for divorce.

The previous homeowner was Oscar-winning actress, Renee Zellweger. The former couple bought it from Zellweger in 2003 for approximately $7 million.

Messing, known for her quirky character Grace from the hit series "Will & Grace" is currently starring on the TV drama series, "Smash," which is struggling to reel in viewers to its Broadway-destined musical life.

Her Bel-Aire manse's architect was the famed Paul R. Williams, the first black architect who joined the ranking of primo architects as a member of the American Institute of Architects. The estate was designed in 1937 and reminds us of "Fresh Prince" with its primly cut lawn and landscape that accents the regal building's exterior.

Zillow blog estimated the monthly payment for mortgage goes for $42,482 with a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year fixed loan.

The traditional-style home comes with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and luxurious amenities including a pool, a private cabana, his-and-her-baths, several walk-in closets and a separate guest space.

According to Zillow blog, the actress is shooting scenes in the Upper Eastside for her show. She currently lives in New York City  "Smash" premiered its second season earlier this month on NBC channel. The show co-stars former "American Idol" finalist Katherine McPhee and the Oscar-winning actress Anjelica Houston. Uma Thurman has been recently cast to play in five episodes of the drama.
