Banker/Financier Sanford Weill, who is the former chairman and chief executive of Citigroup, has put his Manhattan penthouse on the market for a whopping $88,000,000. Located at 15 Central Park West, Sanford and his wife Joan purchased the single floor 10-room penthouse for around $43.7 million back in 2007.
