When celebrities flock to a new and hip lounge you know you’ve got a hit. And that’s what just happened to Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.
“We’ve just expanded SUR Lounge and it’s doing quite well, actually,” Lisa tells RumorFix exclusively. “I was quite shocked when I heard all the who’s who in Hollywood frequent the lounge. It’s a very rewarding feeling and I just want everyone who comes to SUR Lounge to relax and enjoy themselves and have a fabulous time.”
This week alone SUR Lounge got a visit from some Hollywood favorites including X Factor’s Paula Abdul, pop star Miley Cyrus, singer La Toya Jackson, baseball player Barry Bonds, The Talk’s Sharon Osbourne, So You Think You Can Dance’s Nigel Lythgoe and Dancing With The Stars judge Bruno Tonioli.
Lisa says “It’s a combination of the food, the live DJ and the best music for which SUR is known, the ambiance and of course, the cocktails. Having a cucumber martini in the back garden is my idea of paradise and I everyone to have the same experience when they visit SUR Lounge.”
The restauranteur, who also owns the successful Villa Blanca restaurant in Beverly Hills, says, “I love being at SUR and working with my staff. It’s fun, challenging, exciting and in all honestly it pushes me to new levels,” Lisa explains. “.You know the restaurant business is a tricky one and you’ve got to constantly be on top of your game. It’s highly competitive but if you have the dedication and the passion for it — everything else will ultimately fall into place.”
