Famous Home Owners - Celebrity Homes Uncovered - Los Angeles-Platinum Triangle-Beverly Hills-Bel Air-Holmby Hills-Luxury Estates-Homes For sale-listings-Realtor-Real Estate- http://www.ChristopheChoo.com

Ever wondered who had the most expensive holdings for sale? Wonder no more. Between our nosy little selves at Famous Home Owners and the delightful Forbes list, we’ve got the answers to which celebrities hold the biggest real estate. If you’ve got millions lying around and you are looking to impress your friends, this is how it’s done, folks. (All photos are courtesy of Forbes.)

The Spelling Mansion. Of course, at $150 million, this massive property is at the top of “most” lists everywhere. With almost 57,000 square feet, the house is larger than many warehouses or factories, and has enough rooms that it is easy to get lost. Can you imagine the renovation cost for this place? Wow.

e.cage

Nicolas Cage Boathouse. This place sits next to John Wayne’s former property, has a stunning view and access to the ocean, and sits at just under $32 million.

e.jackson

Michael Jackson’s Los Angeles Beauty. This house has every amenity imaginable. It is also the place where the King of Pop breathed his last, so its a magnet for the looky-loos. At just shy of $24 million, the cost is already down by $5 million from the original asking price. Count on spending that extra cash on security renovation.

Val Kilmer’s Ranch. This New Mexico place keeps popping up on lists and websites dedicated to real estate deals, and no wonder; the property is massive and the price has been slashed dramatically to $18.5 million. We’ve talked about this one here at Famous Home Owners quite a bit, and I’m curious to see who finally walks away with the steal of the year.

e.beltre

Adrian Beltre’s Home Run. Here’s a surprise! Not a big fan of baseball, I knew nothing about this guy until I found out about this house. It’s listed by Sotheby’s (oh la la!) for just shy of $20 million. Who knew baseball players made that kind of scratch?

e.rickymartin

Ricky Martin’s Beach House. Want some sun? Get this place in Florida for a mere $20 million. It’s known for a private beach, serious security system, gates and guards included. No paparazzi will bother you here!
