The Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) at UCLA hosts its 17th annual signature fundraiser, Taste for a Cure honoringNBC Entertainment President, Jennifer Salke, with the Gil Nickel Humanitarian Award. Event co-chairs are Jon Holman, Larry Maguire, Gary Newman, Jay Sures and Dana Walden. The evening features special performances by Emmy and Globe nominated singer/actor Lea Michele and Darren Criss, best known for their roles on the award-winning television show Glee. READ MORE...

27th Annual Odyssey Ball

Lawrence Piro, MD, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute, will be honored with the Special Service Award, “The Duke,” at the 27th annual Odyssey Ball, the yearly fundraising event that benefits the John Wayne Cancer Institute (JWCI) at Saint John' s Health Center. This year' s gala, which will be held on Saturday, April 21, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, will celebrate “Club JWCIA” and feature a special performance by Grammy Award-winning record producer, singer, songwriter and composer David Foster. Tony Dovolani of “Dancing With The Stars” will emcee with music provided by DJ Enferno.
