Casa Casuarina, the Miami Beach house once owned by late fashion designer Gianni Versace, is on the market for $125 million.

Known as Casa Casuarina, the 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom house overlooks the ocean. Mr. Versace bought the home and its adjacent lot in 1992 for just under $10 million and then invested another $33 million in the property, adding a 6,100-square-foot south wing, a 54-foot-long mosaic-tiled pool lined with 24-karat gold, a mosaic-covered courtyard and frescoes on the home's walls and ceilings. He was killed outside the home in July 1997. Peter Loftin, a telecom entrepreneur, purchased the property in 2000 for $20 million. After using it as a residence for several years, Mr. Loftin turned the home into a boutique hotel with a restaurant and opened it in late 2009 as the Villa by Barton G.

Coldwell Banker's "The Jills," Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, are representing Mr. Loftin in the sale. "Miami is now seeing prices like it's never seen before, with an influx of international buyers, so it's the perfect time to sell this trophy property," says Ms. Eber.

Bijan's Beverly Hills Estate Goes on the Market for $12 Million

The estate of Bijan Pakzad, the Iranian fashion designer who died last year, is putting his Beverly Hills, Calif., home on the market for $12 million.

The Tuscan-style house spans 12,000 square feet. Built in 1993, the home has six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, seven fireplaces and a large-scale garage with parking for nearly two dozen cars. There's also a guesthouse, pool and spa on the property, which is under an acre.

Known by his first name, the fashion designer was famous for his eponymous Beverly Hills boutique and for dressing clients such as President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Cruise, Anthony Hopkins and soul singer Usher. He opened the House of Bijan in 1976 on Rodeo Drive.

When he died at the age of 67 last year, Mr. Pakzad also had a home in Malibu but made his primary residence the Beverly Hills house, which was close to his store. He bought the home from Mexican singer Luis Miguel in 2002 for just under $7 million. Brenda Chandler Cooke and David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland have the listing.

A London home has listed for £37.5 million, or about $58 million.

The 10,130-square-foot, seven-bedroom home is located in London's St. John's Wood neighborhood. The home dates back to the Victorian era but was completely rebuilt and refurbished, a project completed about three years ago. A master suite spans the entire second floor and includes his-and-hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. A large basement level includes a movie theater, steam room, massage room and an infinity pool with a waterfall. A separate guesthouse on the property measures 1,280 square feet and has three bedrooms.

The seller is a property developer who spent six years rebuilding the home, according to listing agent Mark Pollack of Aston Chase. His identity couldn't be learned. According to Mr. Pollack, the owner is selling because he has relocated to the Bahamas.
