Redesigned Spago Is Open for Business in Beverly Hills.

Redesigned Spago Is Open for Business in Beverly Hills

The restaurant has a new California Asian fusion menu.

Closed since July for renovations, Wolfgang Puck's Spago is open after being revamped—from its interior and decor to the menu.

The interior has been redone by designer Waldo Fernandez of Soho House fame. Eater.com describes the space as "brighter, cleaner and more modern."

Grub Street LA reports, "New elements of the restaurant include a massive glassed-in wall of 7,000 wine bottles, a patio with a retractable roof, and an open kitchen, giving the place a more contemporary look."

The old menu has been replaced by one featuring California Asian fusion selections. According to Daily Candy

Gone are the smoked salmon pizza and Wiener Schnitzel. In their place: a rotating selection of market-driven fare that puts a premium on veggies, fresh seafood and all-around healthy eating. Menu categories include Raw, Wild & Organic (veal filet mignon tartare), Decadent & Indulgent (sweet corn agnolotti), From the Sea (grilled whole Dover sole) and From the Pasture (Wagyu short ribs).

What hasn't changed is the $$$$ price. The restaurant is located at 176 N. Canon Drive. For reservations, click here.
