Sometimes celebrities see a piece a luxury real estate and decide they just have to have it. After all, they have the cash so why not buy a new house in Beverly Hills? Once bought, for whatever reason, the new owner sometimes never actually moves in and tries to flip it or rent it out. Perhaps best known for her…scene stealing move in "Basic Instinct", actress Sharon Stone has put her Beverly Hills mansion back on the market, pricing it at $7,500,000.

According to LA Times, she bought it in 2006 for $10.995 million and apparently never lived in the home, having spent her time owning it throwing it on and off the market and even putting it up for rent once for $58,000 a month. The home was first listed for $8.995 million, which is the same price it was given back in 2009, meaning the price is going down pretty quickly in an attempt to get rid of it.

Whatever the reason Stone is selling the home (boredom perhaps?), it definitely looks beautiful. The Mediterranean-style home has seven bedrooms and nine baths and sits on nearly five acres of land, which is no small feat in Beverly Hills. Built in 1991, the house has high ceilings and many luxury furnishings that piece the rooms together. There's a library with built-in shelves, a wet bar in the living room, a formal dining room, and a guest house nearby that has two bedrooms and a hi-end media room.

The property grounds are the real reason to take a look at this Los Angeles mansion. The photos make it look like an island retreat, with pathways leading through fruit trees and around waterfalls. There's a even a meditation garden, tennis court, resort-style pool, and a large motor court that can fit around 14 cars for all those big parties thrown.
