As Hilary Duff gets ready for motherhood, she's letting go of one of the milestones of tween stardom: the first mansion.
Duff picked up her Toluca Lake, Calif., mansion when she was the star of Disney's "Lizzie McGuire" franchise, and is now listing it for $6.25 million, according to Zillow.
Real Estalker pointed out that this isn't the first time Duff has tried to unload the Mediterranean-style manse – back in 2010, she listed it for $7 million. Duff moved with her husband, NHL player Mike Comrie, to a $3.85 million Beverly Hills home last year where Britney Spears, Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Love Hewitt are neighbors, according to Zillow.

At 9,277 square feet, the Toluca Lake home is bigger than Duff's current digs (a not-too-shabby 5,620 square feet). The buyer will get a library, billiard room and teen actress-appropriate cognac tasting-room and wine cellar. There's also a private gym, gift wrapping room and game room. Outside is a pool, a covered pergola and an outdoor fireplace.
Realtor.com notes the property is close to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers and the Disney lot for those aspiring stars that want to emulate Duff's singing, acting and writing career path.
