The Beverly Hills Hotel to Open Presidential Bungalows, the Largest Suites in LA
If you're looking for a summertime spot and can drop cash like Kim Kardashian's new fiancee, Beverly Hills Hotel is opening two new presidential bungalows, which the hotel says are the largest suites in Los Angeles. The bungalows—which are better than most people's homes—will be available in early June.
The 5,000-square-foot pink pads are supposed to be like fancy houses you'd see in Beverly Hills, with both indoor and outdoor spaces, and offer the utmost privacy, in case you are Humphries and want to surprise new fiancee Kim Kardashian with a getaway.
In keeping with the rest of the drenched-in-pink hotel, the bungalows have the classic pink stucco. Each has its own private entrance; a Great Room with dining and living areas; a professional kitchen; a sun porch; a study; custom-designed furnishings and pieces from the 1920s to modern day; and three bedrooms and baths with free-standing tubs, steam showers and vanities. There's also a limestone fireplace in every room, which equals five per bungalow.
But the outside spaces might be even more of a draw: Each bungalow is surrounded by gardens and has a pool with waterfall and underwater speakers, a deck, a semi-circular lounge area with chaise lounges, a table that seats 10 and has lights for nighttime dining and entertaining, an exercise area and an outdoor shower for two—the only alfresco showers in LA—is outside the master bathroom for you exhibitionists. Plus, each of the bedrooms has a private courtyard garden space with individually keyed entry.
Of course, the presidential bungalows come with a hefty price tag: Rates are $13,610 to $15,380 per night. To book one, call 800-283-8885.
