Linda Evans sells home in Beverly Hills Post Office area
Linda Evan's 1937 ranch home includes a main house and a detached guest unit/office on a half-acre behind gates and tall hedges.

Update: Actress Linda Evans, known for her role as Krystle Carrington on the '80s hit show "Dynasty," has sold her Beverly Hills Post Office-area home for $2.7 million.The one-story ranch house, built in 1937, sits on a half-acre behind gates and tall hedges. A main house and a detached guest unit/office have a total of four bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms in about 3,900 square feet of living space. The grounds include a circular motor court, mature trees, a rose garden and a swimming pool.
Evans, whose series included "The Big Valley" (1965-69), sold because she moved to the state of Washington.
She bought the property in 1981 for $590,000, according to public records.
Cristie St. James and Markus Canter of Prudential California, Beverly Hills, were the listing agents. Jodi Korn Radoff represented the buyer.
