Update: A Studio City compound once owned by actress Yvonne de Carlo has sold for $6.25 million.

An 8,000-square-foot main house built in 1999, a 1920s guesthouse, a swimming pool, a pool house and a barn occupy the gated 7.6-acre site, which is zoned for equestrian use. The Mediterranean-style main residence contains a 3,400-square-foot master bedroom suite, a great room with a 14-foot ceiling and a screening room. There are four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

De Carlo, who died in 2007 at 84, was known to '60s television audiences as Lily Munster in "The Munsters" (1964-66). Her six-decade acting career included roles in "The Ten Commandments" (1956) and "McLintock!" (1963).

The actress owned the property from 1950 to 1975, according to title records. It came on the market at the end of January at $6,695,000.

Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills, handled both sides of the transaction.
