Fans of Chef Thomas Keller and Bouchon can finally get their daily bread (and other sweet and savory baked goodies) on Tuesday, August 16th, when the eagerly-awaited Bouchon Bakery opens up in Beverly Hills. The Bakery, an off-shoot of the enterprise in Yountville, California, and New York City, and Las Vegas, will be located next to Bar Bouchon and underneath Bouchon Bistro.
Back when Bouchon opened up in L.A. in 2009, we got to peek into Bouchon's vast BH operation, which includes a full break bakery and a patisserie where they produce Keller's beloved treats. Though they have done a "pop-up" temporary Bakery there before, the goal has long been to get an actual Bakery in place and running. Huzzah, the wait is over!
Breads, muffins, tarts, cookies, sandwiches, and Bouchon's signature chocolate Bouchon ("cork") and other packaged items will be available at the Bakery.
