Ben Stiller is moving from the big screen to Broadway, and from L.A. to NYC. Stiller and his wife put their Los Angeles home on the market for $11.5 million, since Ben is starring in the Broadway show The House Of Blues, opening in April.

Stiller told the Toronto Sun he's fearful his new home in the outskirts of New York City might be haunted. He says he believes in ghosts and spirits, and claims another house he once rented in LA was haunted.

But don't worry, Stiller hasn't seen any ghosts in this gorgeous Spanish villa style home.
