Actress Michele Lee sells Westwood estate for $7.4 million

Actress Michele Lee, the star of "Knots Landing," has sold her longtime estate in Westwood for $7.4 million.The Mediterranean-style villa, built in 1929, has views of the fairways at Los Angeles Country Club and sits on more than an acre with a tennis court and swimming pool. There are two kitchens, a screening room, a gym, a wine tasting room, an office, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, nearly 9,600 square feet of living space and a staff wing.
Among her scores of credits, she starred in the comic film "The Love Bug" (1968) and on the "Knots Landing" prime-time soap opera from 1979-93. Lee, 70, appeared this year in the comedy series "Fumbling Thru the Pieces."
The property came on the market in August at $7.85 million.
Ron de Salvo of Coldwell Banker's Beverly Hills North office was the listing agent. Ben Bacal of Sotheby's Sunset office represented the buyer.
