Connie Stevens is not lacking for things to do. The 74-year-old Hollywood stalwart with a 50-year entertainment career under her belt has just released a film she wrote and directed: “Saving Grace B. Jones.”
But for all the enterprising ways in which the singer, actress and cosmetics line hawker has kept the momentum over the years, she continues to divest some of her many real estate holdings, including a cabin in Wyoming and another Los Angeles house.
Last week, Stevens listed the Holmby Hills estate that has been her primary residence since 1974. The entertainment industry fixture moved to Hollywood from Brooklyn as a teenager and eventually married Eddie Fisher, with whom she had her two daughters, actresses Joely Fisher and Tricia Leigh Fisher.
The gated property at 243 Delfern Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90077 is 2 acres and comes with a 7-bedroom main house, a pair of 1-bedroom guesthouses, a recording studio, chauffeur’s apartment, tennis court, rose garden, gazebo, Olympic-sized pool and a pool house.
